Hillstead Farm Produce
|
Hillstead Farm was established in 2021 under the guidance of the Mueller family vegetable farm and Hardler Farm. We began as a vegetable reseller with an honor stand and a small meat bird operation. Since then we've moved homes and farm locations, which has allowed us to build the infrastructure of our market garden and laying flock. We do not currently supply meat birds, but hope to reintroduce them into our operations in the near future.
In 2025, Hillstead Farm assumed the operation of the custom butchering at Hardler Farm, which is where we also market much of our produce and other farm goods throughout the year. We specialize in a mixed variety, generational garlic that we carry on from the Mueller family, as well as an annual crop of potatoes. We previously maintained the Mueller blueberry patch and look forward to the future when we will be able to offer a U-pick patch with many varieties of berries and more. We currently have a limited supply of strawberries available at the farm store in early spring, grown fresh in our high tunnel. |
We raise all of our livestock and vegetables in a way that we would want to feed our own family.
